Real Estate Entrepreneur Recognized as ‘Businessperson of the Year’
Neil Fesette, broker and owner of Fesette Realty, has been named the 2014 Joe Bornstein Businessperson of the Year by the North Country Chamber of Commerce. He was recognized and presented with the award at the Chamber’s annual awards dinner last Friday.
“It is an honor to receive an award that has gone to so many influential business and community leaders in the past,” Fesette said. “I have such high regard for the people who have won this award.”
He is thrilled to receive an award named after Joe Bornstein, a long-time business leader. “He was such an active community servant,” Fesette said, adding that community service has been a big part of his life.
Fesette is president of the Foundation of Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital and serves on the Vision2Action Steering Committee. He is also on the Community Bank System Board of Directors and chairs the Adirondack Champlain Valley Multiple Listing Service.
Fesette began his career in real estate in 1992. By 2004, he had opened his own real estate brokerage and quickly gained success. Currently, Fesette Realty has 12 sales associates and has been the top producing real estate firm in Clinton County for the past two years.
