How’s the market? Q1 2019 Update

As was the case throughout 2018, home inventory has remained low during the first quarter of 2019. Homes that are for sale at market value are going under contract in a short period of time. Clinton County has seen a slight and steady increase in the average price of residential home sales, a trend that will most likely hold throughout the year. We anticipate that this seller’s market will continue for the foreseeable future, since the demand for homes in our area is exceeding the supply.
