Fesette Realty Welcomes New Agent

Natalie Schaefer, physical education teacher and coach at Peru High School, has joined Fesette Realty as a part-time real estate salesperson.  Natalie grew up in an entrepreneurial family, where her father owned several businesses.  While she’s passionate about her career as a teacher and coach, she also wants to follow her father’s example and assume the challenges of business.  Natalie says she was attracted to real estate because of the opportunity to work with others at an important time in their lives.

“If I can help a family find their new home,” she said, “Going through the process with them, it’s a pleasure.  Buying or selling your home is an emotional decision as well as a practical one.  I look forward to making that process go smoothly for them. There’s also an element of educating people on real estate transactions,” she adds, “and I think I can bring my teaching skills to play there.”

Natalie is excited to work with the Fesette Realty team, which has been the leader in residential and commercial sales, property management and leasing.  The firm finished 2014 as Clinton County’s top producing real estate brokerage, setting a company record for overall sales volume in a calendar year.
