2016 Record Breaking Year For Fesette Agents

2016 was another strong year for residential real estate in Clinton County, just ask realtors Karen Gosnell and Judy Guglielmo.  The residential market was up 12.6% over 2015, and both real estate agents out-performed all of their many previous sales achievements.

Karen Gosnell, Fesette Realty’s top performing agent, ranked #1 among all real estate agents in Clinton County in 2016.  She finished the year with a personal best $9.97 million in sales volume, up 18.5% over 2015, her previous record-breaking year.

“I am very proud of Karen and her dedication to those she serves,” commented Neil Fesette, broker and owner of Fesette Realty.  “She is committed to doing the very best for her clients, and her work ethic and determination are high among the reasons for her success.”

Associate Broker Judy Guglielmo also finished 2016 very strong, ranking 3rd overall in Clinton County.  She recorded her personal best year in real estate with $9.21 million in sales volume since joining the profession in 2000.  Her previous sales record was set back in 2013 when she completed $7.2 million in sales volume.

“Judy had an outstanding year,” Fesette remarked.  “She has a passion for helping others and a creative ability to broker deals that achieve her clients’ goals.”

In addition to Gosnell and Guglielmo, three of Fesette Realty’s agents ranked in the top 20% of all real estate agents in Clinton County.  Steve LaBombard finished with $4 million in sales, Ryan Earle with $3.4 million in sales, and Jessica Coffman with $3.3 million in sales.

“We strive to provide excellent service and the best possible real estate experience for our clients.” Fesette continued, “We are thankful and grateful for the support of our clients and this community.”

Fesette Realty’s agents and staff were recognized for their achievements at the company’s annual awards banquet on January 30th.
